Returns
a. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
c. Lamia Italiana reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.
Refunds
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 days.
c. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
a. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
b. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
